Candria L. Crisp was born in Charleston, WV where her family started a business manufacturing precision replacement parts for the coal mining industry. In 1976 the business, established and growing, relocated to Rural Retreat, a small town in Southwestern, VA where she completed high school. After graduating, she went on to college, earning a BS in Communications from Radford University in Radford, VA.  She began her career in her father’s business Crisp Manufacturing Company, Inc. Her responsibilities were everything from sweeping floors, operating a tow motor, band saw, broach, secretarial duties, making sales calls, managing inventory and preparing orders placed for ups or motor freight shipping.

In 1993 she began a new chapter in her life and moved to Atlanta with her sister to work in the restaurant business. Once settled in Atlanta, where she lived for 12 years, she began a stint in residential real estate in property management. She left the field of property management when a sales management position presented itself with American Greetings, where she was employed for 6 years. 

Candria relocated to Sarasota, the city where her parents were raised and married, in March of 2005 when she began her real estate career.  She has lived on Longboat Key for 6 years and fully understands the luxury real estate market. Candria is very friendly, inquisitive and has an ease about her. She exercises good character, integrity and lives her life by the ‘golden rule’. Candria enjoys meeting new people and assisting them in their search to find their piece of paradise. She has continued her education, completing the Graduate of the Realtor Institute, GRI in 2007. Candria is also a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, ABR. 

For relaxation she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her kitty cats Harley and Davidson. She has a zest for life and a priority is healthy living and staying fit. She has completed the Marine Corps Marathon twice and her new ‘work out passion’ is spinning. She is a spin instructor at Yvette’s Health & Fitness. She also enjoys cooking and keeping abreast of current events.
